We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ben Parkes running gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made our process as streamlined as possible so you can get back to your training.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.
Submit Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your gear and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
